On December 7, 2015, a delegation led by Academician Zhang Si, Director of the South China Sea Institute of Oceanography, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Zeng Zheng, Secretary of Foshan University of Science and Technology, and relevant principals of the Science and Technology Department of the Academy of Buddhist Sciences and the school office participated in the investigation of the academician workstation newly settled in the An'an International Research and Development Center.

Accompanied by Chen Zhigang, Chairman of the Group Company, Chen Zhihao, President, and Chen Yezhong, General Manager of Foshan Keyu New Materials Co., Ltd., as well as technical and management backbone of the Group Company, Academician Zhang Si and her delegation visited and inspected the 100000 level GMPC production and processing workshop and the "Marine Biological Cosmetics Academician Workstation" in the industrial park, to understand the company's production situation and the scientific research achievements and technological transformation achieved through tripartite cooperation. Afterwards, the leaders of the three cooperating parties had friendly exchanges and discussions.

Since the establishment of the "Marine Biological Cosmetics Industry University Research Base and Industrialization Demonstration Base" through tripartite cooperation in 2009, Foshan An'an Beauty and Health Products Co., Ltd. has been recognized and reviewed as a national high-tech enterprise, and has won four awards including the Guangdong Province Science and Technology First Prize and the Guangdong Patent Gold Award. It has also applied for and been granted seven national invention patents. In early 2015, the academician workstation settled in the An'an International R&D Center. Over the past year, the group company has introduced scientific research equipment such as skin testers, hair testers, gas chromatographs, and liquid chromatographs, and expanded a large number of high-tech personnel. The establishment of the academician workstation has expanded the new space for cooperation between universities, research institutes, and enterprises, marking the further promotion of the combination of industry, academia, and research by the group company. It has provided a higher platform for high-level talent cultivation, major project development, scientific and technological cooperation and exchange, and achievement transformation, adding stronger impetus to the innovation drive and transformation development of the group company.
